The Sassoon Hair Show opened in Asia for the first time at the aT Center in Seoul on Oct. 13. Juno Hair, a chain of local beauty shops, organized the local exposition.
Traci Sakosits, regional creative director at the Sassoon Academy in North America, demonstrates the newest hair styles on the stage featuring Sassoon’s 2015 spring and summer collection, called “The Group.”

Along with the show that featured Sassoon’s latest collections, Sakosits and three other Sassoon stylists demonstrated and explained cutting and coloring techniques on stage. “I’ve done nothing but style models since arriving in Seoul,” said Sakosits. “I am deeply impressed by the stylists and models I’ve met here, and their passion,” she added.

“This is the first Sassoon show ever held in Asia, which shows the way in which Korea is now regarded as one of the world’s top hair style trend setters. This show is also an opportunity for the hair industry in Korea to learn the latest overseas hair trends,” said Hwang Suk-gi, partner CEO at Juno Hair.
