President Moon Jae-in bought two tickets online to the upcoming PyeongChang 2018 Olympic and Parlaympic Winter Games, at Cheong Wa Dae on Sept. 5.
Appointed as an honorary ambassador for the Winter Games last July, President Moon purchased two figure-skating tickets himself by visiting the official website of the Winter Olympics organizing committee that started online ticket sales at 2 p.m. today.

Posting three photos of himself purchasing the tickets on his official Facebook profile, President Moon typed that, “You can now buy tickets to 15 PyeongChang sporting events at http://tickets.pyeongchang2018.com. Gangwon-do Province, the organizing committee, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and PyeongChang volunteers are now working very hard in the run-up to the upcoming winter sports festival.”
“In February next year, where would you like to be and with whom? I’ll see you in Pyeongchang!” said the president.
