During the fair, visitors were able to experience a variety of new media and content, including broadcasts, videos, animation, cartoons, video games and “edutainment” programs. In particular, content that combines virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) was particularly popular. Over 400 companies from 37 countries participated in the fair.
During the festival, the CCTV Animation Channel, the Chinese search portal Sohu.com, the European online game company Bigpoint GmbH, the Iranian national broadcast IRIB, the Croatian national broadcast Croatian TV, the Thai media group Amarin TV and many other companies from around the world met with their Korean counterparts to discuss possible projects together.
